    Step 1

    把小辣椒、蒜末、小红葱和香菜末加入酸柑汁里,再加入糖、鱼露和少许盐把酱汁调好。Mix the lime juice, chopped chili, garlic, shallots, and coriander together to make the sauce. Add sugar, fish sauce, and a little salt to taste.

    Step 2

    深碗内放入粉丝后铺上苏东,再把调好的酱汁倒入。Place the soaked glass noodles in a deep bowl and top with the Sotong and pour over the sauce.

    Step 3

    蒸锅水滚后,把苏东放入锅内蒸5至8分钟。Steam the Sotong and noodles in a steamer over boiling water for 5 to 8 minutes,done.
